Classical Mat
ENROLLING NOW FOR MARCH 15th INTAKE!
In this 6-9 month, 180 hour training, You will learn the Mat-work from Pre-Pilates to the Advanced level. Not only will you learn the repertoire of exercises, you’ll also learn the ‘why’ behind the work and the beauty of hands on cueing. You’ll practice teach to your fellow Mat students as well as friends and family while you work through the program. You’ll learn about Pilates history and anatomy, how to modify the work for injuries, how to advance a client, how to teach in a group setting to mixed levels and abilities as well as create a confident voice as a teacher. We offer this in-studio with seminars at each level, and supplementation through our online portal. If you are already a contemporary teacher, we offer a bridging program with reduced hours for you to complete the program. You will sit exams in teaching, anatomy and personal practice to ensure you are a confident teacher of the method.
